Placing an order represents an offer to purchase from WOODPOSH. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, incorrect information, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other order-processing issues.

Product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Customers must provide accurate payment and order information.

Where offered, Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance-payment options are subject to the payment and delivery conditions displayed on our store at the time of purchase.

WOODPOSH accepts returns without a fixed time limit, provided the product is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Once a returned product is received, our team will inspect it. If the product meets our return conditions, we will process a full refund of the amount paid for the returned product.

Used, damaged, altered, incomplete, or otherwise non-original-condition products may not qualify for a refund.
